Delete your focusmigo account

In the app

1. Sign in and open Profile, then Edit profile.
2. Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Can't sign in?

Email hello@focusmigo.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, photos and private details (date of birth, gender, verification records).
• The sessions you host. People coming to your upcoming sessions are told they're cancelled.
• Your requests, chat messages, check-ins, ratings, saves, reports and blocks.
• The analytics events linked to your account, within 30 days.

Copies may stay in routine backups for a short time until they're overwritten. More detail is in the privacy policy.
